initial contact was very favorable. Just look at this silt on the paper .filter after only 3 days. All of this could get into any appliance or systems using water causing main damage. explained perfectly and next day service. Very favorable bid. Worked efficiently had water throughout, no complaints.
I had an emergency where my main well went completely dry. These guys came out the same day and started drilling and now I have wonderful water twice as deep as my old well and I couldn’t be happier! They did a great job and fast!! You can’t ask for better than that! Not to mention Scott, is a great conversation maker!
As a SLC resident for over 47 years, of all my interactions with local contractors/service businesses over the last 15+ years, Scott's (well) Drilling has provided the most efficient, prompt, and professional response to a service request that I have seen for a long time. Tammy, the office manager, replied to my online inquiry even though she was out of state on vacation. Quote request was fulfilled by email within 18 hours. Permit application was submitted in DAYS, not weeks. While in the midst of building a new home, my experience with Scott's has been the absolute highlight among all of our subcontractor experiences.

Not recommended! The owner did not take the time to explain the choices available to the customer. The owner did not take the time to test for iron. The owner did not take the time to research the depth of the wells in the neighborhood. As a result, we ended up with a bad well with lots of iron. If we want a good job done, we will have to hire another company to drill a second well. Not recommended!
First of all Tammy the office manger made it happen because last guy I had drill the well he did a bad job and county let him put a well near septic tank and Scott the owner is great him and his son made it happen I have clear water now very good people and reasonable price hands down from the office to them drilling very good experience and fast service awesome people all the way around 5 star company
