We had the pleasure of collaborating with Ryan Hollenbaugh at Ryan David Homes on a residential renovation project in Naples, Florida, and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Ryan was communicative, responsive, and a true professional.

The scope of work included demoing an existing kitchen and dining room space and reconfiguring it into a more open layout, followed by updates to the living room, kitchen, dining room, office, laundry, lanai, and outdoor kitchen. As a design team working remotely from the project, we had naturally wondered how well communication and collaboration would flow, but Ryan put any concerns to rest immediately. He was inclusive, transparent, and a genuine team player throughout, always keeping the client's best interests at the forefront.

What stood out most was Ryan's willingness to fully embrace our design vision. He was flexible and solutions-oriented whenever questions arose, and his commitment to keeping the project on time and on budget made the entire process seamless. It's rare to find a builder who brings both exceptional craftsmanship and such an easygoing, can-do attitude to every aspect of a project.
