We had a great experience at Rooms To Go. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and the store had a really comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was that the staff wasn’t pushy at all, which made it much more enjoyable to browse and make decisions at our own pace.

Perry was our sales associate and he was fantastic—very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and made the process smooth without any pressure.

I had a great experience at Rooms To Go on Dale Mabry! The showroom was clean, organized, and had so many beautiful options to choose from. Our sales associate was super friendly, patient, and never pushy — they really took the time to help us find what fit our home and budget perfectly.

Lily was amazing when I picked out my furniture on NYE. Nelisa patiently answered any questions I had when I’d visited a few weeks earlier to sit on every single couch and take detailed notes. Once I was ready to buy the process was easy and Lily helped me set up delivery. Delivery day went smoothly with the agreed upon window being honored and the team being professional and fast with set up. This is my second time buying from RTG and I’ve been pleased both times.
