I took the art resin class with Steve in October 2025. I'm a complete newbie! Never tried anything like this, but Steve assured me I would do fine. The class is small in size, and he was fantastic! He starts by explaining the process, and showing all the different items we will use. Makes sure we understand the mixing process and are competent with the timing involved before we started. Crazy, but I created the most incredible ocean beach scene for first attempt! Several colors mixed, white waves, beach sand and shells!!! I feel confident that I can do this again, I plan to make several of these on a larger scale for our kitchen soon! Thanks Steve!!

My husband came today at 6:59 pm. The door was already closed. He knocked at the door seeing still some customers inside but unfortunately the manager wasn’t willing to help, not even knowing my husband came for specific item (Table Saw Brake Cartridge). One min purchase but if you are late don’t come to this location. Other location are open to help, but just not this one. Disappointed.

This place is great. They have what you need or can get it. What sets them apart is something that does not exist anymore. These days you are greeted with dissidence and crass. Most customer service people are short tempered and they do not want to help. This attitude is epistemic. It is everywhere! It is so nice to deal with people who obviously want to help. They will get every bit of business I can give them. Last I spoke to them they went above and beyond. They even told me where to get something they could not get. This IS the place to go.

I visited the Altamonte store this afternoon when searching for maple hardwood. I called ahead and talked to Steve on the phone who was so pleasant , and walked over to make sure they had enough for the project I was working on. When we arrived, Albert was amazing from start to finished with lending a measuring tape (we forgot it in the car) and helping us decide how many planks were needed. He even cut down the planks and the cut the width we needed for a $15 fee which was way worth it! Jen was also working and was super pleasant and sharing great info about the amazing classes offered. I will definitely be back, and plan to attend some classes as well!

My friend (Nick DiDonna) and I had a fantastic experience here. We book a woodworking class to make knives on Eventbrite. The instructor Larry Cook was very knowledgable and friendly. There were a total of 5 of us in the class and he put all of us students at ease with his calm instruction and attentive demeanor. I learned a lot about different woods, sanding, rivets, and other project ideas. He said it was his goal to make sure we left having done two things: have fun and learn something. Both those goals were achieved :)
