Isiah was very professional, and helped me keep my roof replacement as affordable as possible while offering me water barrier coverage that other companies didn’t. He was always reachable and answered questions promptly. The permit process was very smooth and timely, and the roof was completed in two days. BEWARE of this company they do not stand behind their work. I had my roof replaced by them after Ian . Several shingles blew off during Milton . I called and was told they are not responsible for acts of God . I asked how he could tell an act of God over the phone without inspecting the roof and he said we just had a hurricane. I asked him to come and look at it to determine the cause and he said he would but never did.
Looking at the photos you can see some of the cellophane release tape adhered to the wrong surface (the bottom of the shingle) preventing it from sealing to the shingle below . That allowed the wind to get under the shingle and caused failure . You can also see that some of the nails are high and some blew thru the shingles .

Experience with Josh was very professional. No pressure, no non-sense. Full photos of entire roof showing damage, full written estimate and no surprises. They did what they quoted, for the price they quoted, exactly the timing they said they would complete it. Rare these days. Would and have recommended them to others in our area.

Other companies did not provide onsite estimates just took picture of roof and sent estimate to email.

Josh Horyn from right now roofing did an inspection on my roof after hurricane Milton. He found a couple spots that were question marks but was incredibly honest and fair with his options and advice about how to handle it and what he recommended for us to do. I highly recommend working with this company!
