They helped me find a high quality outdoor paint for stucco that wasn't overkill (elastomeric). I could buy less paint and spend less time painting because of it. This is my new paint store... used to do Sherwin which was fine, but their pricing is high unless you wait for their massive sales.

Terrible customer service at this location. I tried to go to the Palm Bay site only to discover that they close at 2, and I'm standing there at 2:30. I raced across town to the Melbourne site which has hours posted until 3. By some miracle I made it at 2:58. The doors were still open, as they should be for the posted hours. But upon entering I find a very worried clerk who starts complaining that he shut down the computer already. He then proceeds to put it on me that I should be able to make it in, and is clearly not willing to own that he got caught shutting down early. I can not recommend such poor support.

This was the first time that we had shopped Richards paint store.
We received the very best service, they were very personable and professional.
They treated us as we were life long customers. They were amazing and made us feel very special, made suggestions that made our project easier.
The store was very organized and easy to find what you were looking for, not like the big chain stores. That has nothing to offer over Richards!!
I will shop Richards for our remolding and decorating needs.

My stucco job used Richards paint. It was excellent. The house looks wonderful.
