I’ve had the unique experience of having RO machines at both my farm and on several boats. My relationship with James and Kristin has been continuous for 20 years and I can say, without reservation, that I have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of their work, pricing and communication with me.
My hydroponic farm requires the highest quality water but the only source is well water high in iron and bicarbonates. James has worked miracles for me over 20 years of successful growing utilizing 4 RO machines he built and maintained. Farm budgets are tight so James kept these machines functioning far beyond their normal expected lives. Plants grown hydroponically die in 24-36 hours without water so I need a vendor I can trust my operation to and James has never let me down. He’s always been available 24/7.

Honest advice and people that go out of their way to help.
We told James we needed a service quite quickly and he was able to send someone out within a day or two. The technician Miguel was polite and clearly knew his stuff exceptionally well. He found a fault which was actually just an incorrectly plugged sensor and checked the system in less than 15 minutes. He gave us honest advice and saved us from doing any unnecessary work.
I can not recommend these guys highly enough, I wish everyone we dealt with were this honest, polite and prompt.
Wonderful company! Adrian my tech was very helpful and efficient. We had an older system that was leaking. He advise that it might not be the best investment to try and fix it and recommended a nice new system. It was installed in less than an hour and has been working great!
The office staff is also very helpful. Overall very easy company to work with.
