They sent the same plumber out each time, Nick and he is doing a great job. We have 89 units and it is not easy navigating where all the shut offs are and Nick is learning quickly always friendly and patient. We hope PRS is able to send him when needed. Javier came out today with Nick and is also doing a great job. Cleaning up after they dig and putting all the landscaping back as found.
Thank you PRS! Our condo association just had PRS out for the last two weeks to reline some of our 43 year old pipes and stacks in several of our buildings. We were impressed and grateful for their professionalism, quick and cost saving management of some unexpected challenges, helpful and courteous communications, and the way they took care to leave the property in immaculate condition every day.

Nick & Eric put a new water heater in my tiny condo laundry room. They were in communication with me as to their ETA. The guys hit several hiccups while removing the old gigantic water heater, including having to remove a door and the washer. They assured me they would have no problems completing the job. Throughout my service they were knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, and friendly. They did a remarkable job cleaning up. PRS has provided various services in our condominium. Another job well done!
We recently had a new hot water tank and two new toilets installed. We could not be happier with the job that PRS did for us. Gonel, the manager, made it such a smooth experience for us! He made sure everything was done right and that we were completely satisfied with their work. He was so nice to work with. The technicians that did the work, Salim and Jaylin, could not have been any nicer. They were friendly and efficient, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole job. Brooklyn, in the office, was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!!
