Worst place ever extremely UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF do not go here they don't answer phones Rude and won't communicate about RAC issues
I purchased a computer through a lease agreement from them a month ago i've had a horrible experience. When i originally went there for a gaming computer because my laptop broke unexpectedly. came back the next day to give the payment. When i came back they couldn't find my application that i placed with Ariana the manager, and had me wait over 30 minutes while they located it. I go through the process and they claimed the price of the computer was something different then the placard stated. It was $154 on the placard and then it changed to $172. Mind you, the computer is used and in questionable state including a crack in the screen, scratches all over the front. after everything, Robert said the due date was going to be the 10th, then stated, "wait, how about the 15th" to which i replied that's perfect. They call me today asking for the payment, and i explained to the manager Ariana what conversation i had with Robert that day, to which she gets annoyed and hands me off to a associate instead of handling the situation herself like a REAL manager does. The level of how they exhibited unprofessional behavior is ridiculous, even after i told them i have a witness to what was said. Robert calls again after the whole interaction to which i told him i was contacting corporate headquarters and he had the nerve to say "do what you have to do". I should also state the laptop came with no box, no nothing, The laptop online is a little over $700 BRAND NEW online but they're charging $1030 for a used one. The day they delivered, they stated they were going to be there between 10 and 1pm, i had to call them because it didn't arrive and when i spoke to whoever, he said that because i stated someone would be there they didn't think that coming outside those times was a issue, said he was going to call the guy in the truck, and then never spoke to the guy according to the text messages i have. This store needs to train their employees better and find management that takes accountability for their employees instead of just passing people off to employees that shouldn't be handling guest concerns.
I called to get a PS5 and to be honest was not comfortable with the terms. I had given my debit card number (mistake number 1) and then changed my mind. I was told that I would get my money put back and it's been 5 days and nothing. I would stay away, the staff are very unprofessional. They think they are dealing in the streets, have the audacity to call me "bro". Like really. Take your money somewhere else.
