A week later….still nothing other than an empty words. Rather than a gift card, how about reimbursing the 2 months maintenance service that we had black water.

Sadly, after 12 years of service between 3 homes overall they would not even take partial responsibility in my carb filter needing to be replaced in my new home. This was after Chlorine intake whether it was from use of hose bib on house to water the lawn or the technician not diluting the chlorine tank, either way we had black water for over a month after the last technician visit (during the holidays when company was over). Was quoted over $2 k for a new system or $725 for fixing the filter. Called 2 other companies to take a look at it and both came to the same conclusion regarding the chlorine not being diluted. I ended up getting a new smaller filter installed for $250 that resolve the issue and moving 2 home monthly services . I manage a business myself and understand all to well that the customers aren’t always 100 % right, but long term , good paying customer relationships theses days are hard to come by and sometimes you need to make it good or at the very least meet them in the middle. Disappointing to say the least.

Professional, great communication, fixed my sulfur smell issue the next day. Even offered to walk me through how to reset it next time if it happens. As a business owner myself I know it’s tough dealing with rental companies and for myself I always communicate with both the homeowner and rental company along the way and they portrayed that as well. Thank you. We’ll be buying a home in the near future and will use this company for water treatment.

I just. Had a knee replacement last Wednesday and my well stopped working Sunday. I called the out of water number and got service in less than an hour. They are as the name implies Reliable!

Hello everyone today is November 5th 2025 I called reliance well service about my will not working right yesterday and they came out today and we're on time and got me fixed and up and running in no time and was affordable on pricing Corey did an awesome job and we are very very happy I highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give them less than one. They are terrible liars blaming the girl in the office. Verbally agreed to a price of $6000 after 3 times estimate came across incorrectly, scheduled for mid July. Now they tell me to find another driller, or pay an extra thousand dollars as a builder and professional consultant" Stay Away! "One estimate shows pressure tank free next estimate shows pressure tank 495. Bait and switch. 5 weeks behind on their promise.
