This review is intended for the eyes of Mr. Bruce and the impressive team at Reliable Septic.

I wanted to send a note to say thank you for the speedy and professional system installation that the crew carried out today.

The field crew was very helpful and respectful of my property and even kept me in the loop with questions and details that insured the connection to my home was exactly as I envisioned. It was a huge help and set me up for other plumbing work I have planned in the future.

Xavier was definitely going above and beyond the normal as was others on the crew, especially the backhoe operator and other supporting hands.

I also want to express my gratitude to all of the very helpful and knowledgeable office staff as they were all very helpful, especially the permitting department. They answered all of my questions and handled the permitting and inspection process effectively and efficiently.

Great work all around and I will definitely recommend Reliable Septic to my friends and colleagues.

I met with Bruce Saturday afternoon and so far im very pleased with the process. Im due for a drain field replacement simply due to the age of my system.

The main portion that im very happy with is the level of communication and information bruce and the guys have provided me with, they were at my home for over an hour discussing options and plans (all off the clock) and at no point did I feel sold or pressured.

We are so grateful for Reliable Septic and all of the kind employees who work there!! We call once a month to do a camper clean out, and they are always so quick and efficient.

Reliable Septic lives up to their name, Courtney was always available by phone for answers to questions and coordinating appointments. Omar’s work dedication and knowledge on his craft was impressive! Omar was neat with digging up in my yard and did not tear up my bushes. The price was reasonable for pump out and riser installation. I will definitely use them for future needs with my septic!

Paid for a septic inspection on a home we were under contract for. They were unable to complete the inspection at the time because the sellers had placed brick pavers over the access point. We had the sellers move the pavers and got a date set for them to come out and finish the inspection. Before the completion of the inspection, we canceled the contract on the home. We called Reliable back to say they didn't need to go back and finish the inspection. They tried to tell us that we had to pay $375 because they needed to pump out the septic tank to finish the inspection. We told them no we will not pay to pump out someone else's crap on a house we don't own and we canceled the contract before the inspection was completed. We also told them that they never gave a written estimate and our invoice was only for an inspection. The lady on the phone got upset said she'd call the driver to make sure they didn't start the pump out and hung up on us.
