The Recon team did a great job remediating our space in a sensitive situation. Steven responded rapidly to our request, was transparent in providing a very reasonable estimate, responded quickly to questions through the process, and was very nice to boot! Ashley and Eva were also helpful, responsive, and kind. Christian and Mason were also great at the check off of a job well done and on schedule. I was not sure we were going to be able to use the space again without major renovations, but I was amazed at the restoration they were able to provide. I would recommend and use Recon again!

I had a little bit of a mold issue going on at my house. From the moment I communicated it to one of the owners (also my landlord) he immediately scheduled it. They were able to fully remediate quickly and efficiently. I’m also a community manager (maybe a little hard to please lol), and I’ve worked with several remediation companies. So glad I was able to use this one! Definitely recommend!

5/7/25 Approved Review from Brinton & Lisa Hevey: Upon receiving test results that we had mold in our rental property, we called Recon on a Saturday morning and the call was answered by both company owners Steven and Ashley. I met with Steven on the following Monday morning. Recon efficiently handled all the details of the remediation process, including going above and beyond with helping overcome unexpected hurdles of dealing with a difficult owner of an adjoining until. All team members we interacted with were extremely professional and considerate. Great thanks to Langston, Mason, Dale, Eva and all the others that helped us along the way. Hopefully, we do not need their services for emergency purposes in the future, but if we do, Recon will certainly be the company we call.
