We are very pleased with our Real Rock Quartz countertop. It looks stunning. Ed and the real rock company were efficient and quick, on the level and transparent. Everything went according to plan and their price was very competitive. Completely happy with the experience beginning to end.
Great customer service 👍They work well with their clients. Very knowledgeable. They do great custom work. Both my sink's were also purchased Real Rock. I used them for my master bathroom in August. Now we're starting the guest bathroom room and would only use Real Rock Company 🙂
We had the pleasure of working with Real Rock to update our kitchen countertops & sink. They were awesome - we found the perfect slab & Mark took it from there. Originally used Ed for a kitchen makeover in April of 2021 and had a great experience. Fast forward to two months ago, the wife and I decided to re-do a small area in the kitchen and since Real Rock and Ed did a great job the first time, we thought we’d use them again. Boy was that a mistake. Long story short, Ed said what we wanted to do was not possible (hindsight 20/20: after speaking with multiple other companies in the area, we learned it is possible) and we had to have him come out to the house before he finally agreed the project could
be done. On top of that, we had to call multiple times to keep him on track and each time he had a different reason why our quote wasn’t done yet. The second or third time we called, he had the audacity to say the quote wasn’t done because we “weren’t sure what we wanted yet”. Had to quickly correct him on that one and refer back to prior emails before finally getting him back on track. I had to physically drive down to their office and sit down in front of him to get this response. The quote he finally mustered up for the small area was more than what we paid for our entire kitchen project the first go-around and for a substantially smaller area. Don’t waste your time overpaying for materials and poor customer service with a company that doesn’t care if they earn your business or not. There are plenty of other companies to work with. Ed with Real Rock is another company charging Naples prices to working-class locals. Will not use them for anything in the future and when if asked I will refer friends/family away. Awfully strange business strategy to treat a returning customer that way
Ed our salesman , made it all happen. He turned over a complete kitchen and 2 bathrooms in two weeks. George our template man was amazing. The install 5 men did an awesome job. Don’t waste your time going from shop to shop . Thank you so much. It was all possible because it was Real Rock !!!
