This pest control company has been to our home over 3 times. They did a great job with rodent control, even though the cost was outrageous. They first 3 sprays for roaches were very fast, and had absolutely NO luck in getting rid of them. Daryl came out a few months ago and sprayed himself. When he left, he said I'll see you in a few weeks. We haven't seen, or heard from them since. The Roaches were definitely better, and I absolutely believe if he would've returned like he said, we would probably be good to go. Now we're back where we were. We threw a lot of stuff away, and it didn't matter. Because he didn't return, my poor Mom is STILL dealing with this catastrophy. Its disgusting and horrible. Especially after paying a crap ton of money over the last year or so. I deleted my last post because Daryl showed up, but I'm posting another picture because he didn't follow through. It's exhausting at this point.

I had an excellent experience with this exterminator service from start to finish. Both technicians who came out were professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. I was especially impressed with how gracious they were with the extent of service provided for the cost — it truly felt like they went above and beyond without rushing or cutting corners.
They were very diligent in making sure everything was done properly and took the time to explain the process so I felt informed and confident throughout. It was clear that their priority was ensuring a good and successful outcome, not just completing a job.

Don't look any further, this is the company you want to use. So I had critters in my attic, sounded like they were building a condo!. I called several places and wow, prices are very high. Then I found Ratchet. Darryl came out on a weekend at no extra charge. He plugged the holes. He repaired the duct work that the little critters destroyed and set traps. I really didn't want the critters killed, but they were rats. I'm not sure how he did it, but he has freed my home of the critters.....and nobody died. If you want excellent services at a reasonable price, call Ratchet!! They even came back a few months later when I heard noises to check and make sure everything was fine. There are no more critters, just a lot of squirrels running on the roof of my house. I could not ask for a more reasonabe priced service. And....all employees are super kind and polite. Hire this company, you will not regret it.
