I was a bit suspicious about them having nothing but 5-star reviews, but now I know why! We were away when we got a call from our cat sitter that the water heater was leaking and there was water all over the garage floor. One call to PV Plumbing - they came out, quoted 3 options, we chose one, and the job was done before we got back. Honest, trustworthy, responsive, and reasonably priced - they couldn't be any better. We are very pleased and highly recommend PV Plumbing. Late Sunday evening, we realized that our water heater wasn’t working and was also leaking. I decided to call their 24/7 phone line and was relieved to actually get a very helpful technician on the line. (Sorry, I didn’t get his name) He said, as long as we were ok to be without hot water for the night, he could get someone out there first thing in the morning, which was ok with me. As promised, Tyler arrived around 9 o’clock and quickly confirmed what I already knew. We needed a new water heater. I decided that I wanted to replace the original gas model with electric and since the builder of our home already had it set up for either gas or electric, Tyler confirmed that it was no problem. After a quick discussion about what model I wanted, he gave me a pretty reasonable quote, which I accepted. He left for a short time and returned with the new water heater and promptly got to work. About 1.5 hrs later, he was done and we were back in business! As painful as it is to deal with the expense of replacing a major appliance like this, it was a pleasure dealing with PV Plumbing from the first phone call to the last handshake! Truly an A+ contractor!!!
