We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done! The privacy fence looks fantastic and was installed with great attention to detail. The water softener system was set up professionally and is already making a noticeable difference, and the pavers came out absolutely beautiful—solid, level, and exactly what we envisioned.

I had a great experience with the entire Purity team. From sales Eric and Randy and even the owner Brett to the installer Travis who did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. The water filtration system itself was an excellent investment for my home to have safe water throughout. I have had the system for about a week and I can definitely tell the difference in the water even with a simple task as washing my dishes. I would highly recommend Purity to anyone.

We had a great experience with PurityH2O from start to finish. They installed our whole water treatment system, including a reverse osmosis system under our sink that remineralizes and alkalines our drinking water, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

The Purity H20 Water Treatment Systems team was great, from the very beginning when they came to present their services the reps were polite, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. My rep started with 2 young men Jonathan and Gabe. Both guys were great, Gabe presented and broke down the system and offers. Bobby then stepped in to finish the deal and go over next steps. He was prompt and resourceful. He told us what to expect and that he will be in contact with us. He kept his word and followed up with us to confirm the Installation process and when we should expect the Tech. The tech Travis came in the next day to install. He was quick and professional, went over the system and clarified everything for us. I recommend Purity H2O for any of your water and home services needs!

I bundled my whole house water softener & reverse osmosis system with the installation of a backyard fence. First, the water conditioning system has made a dramatic difference in the taste of my drinking water, as well as improved the quality & usage of my showering & laundry water when washing. We feel confidant that any harmful chemicals or impurities have been eliminated or significantly reduced & the alkaline levels are now properly adjusted. The sales team of Lester & Christine were knowledgeable, courteous & understanding of our needs. Second, we have been wanting a fence for some time now, so it only made sense to bundle the water system purchase with the fence purchase in order to reduce the overall cost. Purity H2O advised us that they offer many other home services besides water systems, including but not limited to gutters, fencing, solar, screens, garage flooring, etc. The fence installer was professional, friendly & thorough. The quality of the fence is excellent with a metal lining installed inside each fence post and a minimum depth of 3 feet with concrete to further secure the posts. Shortly before this writing, we had 2 major hurricanes strike our area in Tampa Bay, FL, with very minimal damage on incurred to my fence (2 posts had a slight lean to them which I was able to correct myself with a crow bar & a bit more dirt), but I never lost any panels and my gates are still well aligned (which unfortunately many of my neighbors cannot say). Overall, we are very happy with our purchases and the company.
