Pure Touch Water Filter just installed a new IS filter and softener system in our home. To start, the communication with Mr. Nima was extremely professional and informative. He provided detailed information of the various systems and recommended the best choice for our water quality situation. The purchase and installation process was easy and efficient. Mr. Michael, installer, called before arrival and provided an accurate estimate time for his arrival. Overall installation was satisfactory and professional. All the required information was provided including what to expect in the days and weeks after the system runs the treated water in the home. I will update in the next couple months on the results.
