Jonathan Lee is one of the kindest and most honest gentlemen I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I was strongly concerned about potential mold & water damage in the house. He immediately reassured me that all was well and that the house was in good condition. We went through every room corner-by-corner. I was very impressed.

The price was reasonable. We had a water heater leak. We had to remove the flooring and found out we had mold. A person from Pure came to do the mold removal. They cut away the damage drywall. They left dehumidifier and fan to remove the mold. All went very well with them. The tech was a very nice, pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
The issue we had was with the person that came to rebuild the drywall He was referred by them but from a different construction company. I have given my feedback to Pure about my issues with that company. They have apologize for the issue. I am hoping they do not use that construction company again. I would use them again.
