He came to my house and looked at our situation and let me know what I could do as a DIY option because it was just such a small area that was affected. He did this all for free and didn’t try to upsell me. I’m grateful that I called these guys because the other company wanted to charge me $700 just to test. We had Greg from Pure Maintenance come out to inspect our home for any mold concerns, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Greg was very nice, thorough, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk through our entire house and detached suite, performing detailed visual inspections and answering all of our questions. We specifically discussed concerns in our master bathroom where we had previously found some surface mold and talked through our future bathroom renovation plans. He reassured us that there were no signs of active growth, black mold, or anything severe. He also checked the walls around the bathroom for plumbing leaks or hidden mold behind the drywall and confirmed everything looked solid. What we really appreciated was his honesty, he did not push unnecessary testing or services and told us testing wasn’t needed since nothing appeared severe.
