Great work, knowledgeable techs great experience

We have had a great experience with Pure Energy. From our initial meeting with Wayne through the turnkey operation and after. The team was able to get my system installed in two days, had a short few week wait for inspections and meter install by the utility. The system looks fantastic and has had zero issues, and no surprises. I love the enphase app to keep up with power generation.

Not sure how I've never reviewed this company as I've done a lot of work with Wayne and it's always been great. So many neighbors were interested in solar and were really close to getting scammed by other companies (trying to install panels on roof sections that got little to no sun). Wayne took care of them and installs systems with very few if any call backs. Can't say that about other companies I've worked with... Pure energy is the only legitimate solar option within 2 driving hours, possibly even further.

Wayne Irwin and the Pure Energy Solar team designed and installed a photovoltaic system for my lake house. As I had large trees around my home, we implemented an array over my boat lift and the adjacent seating area. Using high efficiency panels, my net energy consumption from the grid has been nil. For the past year, I have been paying Clay Electric for grid access fees only, no net energy consumption.

Prior to the installation, I pushed Wayne for solar panels over both my detached garage and the main house. He took an engineer’s approach, not a salesman’s, and advised against this. When discussing my back-up power needs, he advised against a battery system (at that time). Again, he made recommendations based on what was the right thing to do, not what was best for his company’s bottom line.

Subsequent to the installation, I had internet modem / router connectivity issues with the solar array. Wayne and his team were still responsive and supportive, long after the sale. This seems to be rather exceptional in the building trades these days.

From start to finish, great communication of when work would be done. On time, clean, fast work! Very little impact to my personal schedule. Amazing and courteous crew and business. This is my solar company of choice.
