PRS Roofing

I highly recommend this company. I called Robert Foote for an inspection on my roof, He is very respectful he did not try to feed me a lot about how I needed to upgrade as other roofer had, gave me a very good price. The work crew were great. I was call before any delivery and they finisher the roof in one day.
They clean and pick up around the house, I have to say how much better it is to do business with a company that keeps their word!

We had a horrible, and very stressful experience with this company. And the sales rep, Patrick Perkins. We hired them in October of 2024 to repair a roof leak. They sent their subcontractor over to repair the roof and he worked on it for at least a week. When they completed the work, the roof was still leaking in the same place but a larger area. We contacted Patrick, and he sent his subcontractor out again. The roof still leaked every time it rained even though they attempted to fix it six times. Our water damaged ceiling kept getting worse and we could not repair the growing stains on the ceiling because of the continuous leaking whenever it rained. Seven months with a leaky roof and Patrick did not follow up with his promise to fix it. We got tired of waiting ( and the damage it was causing ) and contacted Patrick in hopes of getting our money back so we could call someone else to repair it properly. Patrick refused to reimburse us. We hired an honest and more experienced roofer and they repaired our roof in 4 hours and for less than half the price that Patrick of PRS Roofing charged us. It turns out that PRS Roofing did not diagnose the source of the leak properly, but still charged us for performing work that did not need to be done.
I feel we were taken advantage of and totally ripped off by PRS Roofing. We paid them to repair our roof, and instead we paid for them to further damage our drywall and insulation. PRS made this a very stressful experience for us .

This company is awesome and did a fantastic job. All of them are very knowledgeable from the salesman. Mike, who came originally to check the roof. Explain the whole process once the permit was ready they were ready to go. We were held up because my wife had to decide on the collar so there was a delay because of her work schedule. They were very patient as soon as she was able to do it some weeks later they filled out a new color sheet The manager Chris called me said the material will be out on Monday. The dumpster will be in place on Wednesday. The crew will be here Thursday morning any questions they were always reachable right away An answered or took care of any doubts or fears. The crew came early in the morning Thursday tore everything off there any adjustments, etc., that they had to do then they dried it in. There was a manager on site all day for the tear off, oversee that everything was done correctly and better Had no issues they put it on the next day nice and straight all the lines are straight, the shingles, etc. The ridge vent is nice and straight. The additional venting they put on the house at my request is top quality, not plastic garbage Everything was installed nice and straight. I have family that’s a roofer unfortunately not in Florida anymore. They moved out of state, but they’re still doing it They did the same as he would have did it for his own family I sent my brother-in-law pictures of it. He’s been in the roofing business. Over 30 years he even said they did a fantastic job he couldn’t of. Did it any better I am beyond happy with this company From start to finish, their whole team has many years of experience combined, And the crew that did my roof Had a lot of experience as well if I could give this company 10 stars I would unfortunately it only allows five Thank you, PRS Roofing you guys are awesome

PRS Roofing was amazing they explained everything that was going to happen from start to finish. once the permit was issued the game was on it was like lightning PRS called we are dropping off the material in the morning the next day the dumpster was dropped off and the third day the crew was there at 7:30 am and it was like all hell broke loose they are like a well oiled machine they ripped out the whole roof within a few hours they cleaned up everything around the property and within a few minutes they were covering the roof. at lunch time they took a break and after the break back up on the roof and at 5:30 pm the crew were pulling away from the job with the roof completely finished. Amazing in one day the whole roof was complete they did a beautiful job 👍 the roof looks amazing 👏 thanks PRS and your amazing crew.

We hired PES Solar to install solar panels but before we had the panels installed we wanted the roof cleaned and coated. This is where PRS comes in. PES contracted with PRS to do the prep work. The crew showed up unannounced (we asked for prior notification) and without the proper equipment. How are you, a roofing company, going to work on the roof without a ladder? We loaned them ours but that was only the beginning of them needing to borrow our personal equipment to complete a job we are paying them to do. They also needed some pressure washing equipment and even gas to run the pressure washers! It was clear from the start that the guys had no idea how to use a pressure washer. It was even worse when they started the sealer process. It looks horrible! Splotchy, drips everywhere and just painted over leaves instead of blowing them off. They disrespected our time, were completely unprepared and the result of the work is horrible! I reached out several times and was told I would be hearing from the "roofing director" in the morning. That was on 1/17/2022 and I still haven't heard from them. Stay away from PRS!
