I had my generator installed about five months ago and with the weather this week it has been put to the test. We lost power five times in two days and the generator work perfectly. Our house was hit by lightning and I called the office because I was worried the generator was affected. Benji came out within 20 mins. The office staff was responsive and caring with the tone of worry in my voice. This was customer service at its finest. They did not have to take such good care of me but they did out of the goodness of their hearts.
