Problem Solved Pest Control

I contacted problem solved and was told by there technician that the brown spots in my yard were from chinch bugs and they would be treated. A week later my yard had died off in several areas and there is one area totally infested with weeds. I contacted the office again and asked them to have a supervisor come out and take a look at the lawn.
Unfortunately he tried to cover for the company and told my wife the dead spots were from lack of water. Or that our irrigation system was not functioning correctly. Seems strange that during rainy season we have lack of water and my system doesn’t provide coverage throughout my entire yard. They also maintain the shrubbery and as you can see the bugs are destroying them also.
Be professionals take responsibility for what you have not taken care of in the past and don’t send people out to lie to your customers.

Have a place in Foxwoods in Englewood. Frank S. Has been “my guy” ever since I signed the contract. My issue is palmetto bugs. Lots of them. I feel like Frank and I are in the battle together. He always responds to my requests quickly and fully explains the plan of action.
Problem solved has the contract from the complex to treat the outside and Frank makes sure the exterior of my house gets treated every time he comes. It’s a great company and Frank makes it better!! Thank you!!

These people are horrible. I watched them step on my water meter over and ended up braking my pvc pipes to the house. They didnt call to get the water turned off or take any responsibility for the breakage. They flatly stated not our problem. Incredible bad management. Ask for there liability insurance.

AWFUL experience - I wish they were as attentive to my lawn as they are to their invoicing. I just replaced my front lawn due to pest damage (which they were supposedly treating for). Can't get in touch with any manager -have phone records to prove they don't call back. Try Punta Gorda Pest Control - readily available. Profoundly better experience and results...
