Purchased a Triad Aer purifier at the Home Show. Was a little skeptical but the salesman was extremely thorough and knowledgable and guaranteed the product. I've had it for a about 2 months and absolutely love it! It really does work! I recommended it to my mom and called to place an order for an additional unit. I had it within 2 days. Went to the savannah home and garden show at the convention center, guy selling was a great talker but after purchasing two bamboo pillows as unwrapping them first they smelled like weed, and one of them had stains all over them. I will be disputing this purchase due to the product sale being misleading, they are not new and seem to be used. We will not lay our heads on used pillows. That is gross. The triad air 3 is ok. The small wall unit started to run loud just after a few days. I could not even tell a difference after almost 3 weeks of running the unit nonstop. I had to pay $60.00 to return your product when the lady said NOTHING about return fee! Not happy. All she said was it was a 100% money back guarantee and no worries to ship it back. "Just simply send it back." Very upset and a waste of money. Make sure you love the product before you buy it!
My wife bought the euro body shaper. Wish she had read the reviews and understood that when all the 5 star reviews come from "local guides", that they're fake reviews put there to lend credibility to an otherwise shady company. They'll sell you overpriced junk you don't need and disappear the minute your card transaction goes through.
