Prestige Auto Spa & Car Wash

I purchased the $24 “Prestige” self-service drive-through wash and also added the $9 bug removal option. Unfortunately, the quality of the service did not match the price. My car still had multiple visible bug splatters and bird/iguana droppings after the wash, even in very noticeable areas.

Additionally, there was no pre-treatment or hose down done before entering the wash, my mirrors were not tucked in, and there was no spot drying provided afterward. These are all basic steps I would expect at this price point, especially for the highest-tier wash advertised.

For a service labeled “Prestige,” the outcome was disappointing and did not reflect the name or the cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this wash to family or friends. I hope management will review the process and quality control for this tier of service.

Sadly, the worst experience I ever had for the hand car wash. Multiple multiple spots on the car that doesn’t seem to be bothered by the team to actually clean it. Considering I got the highest package for detailed hand wash + taxes + $10 tip total = $97.99
It’s completely unacceptable for the price and the result that you receive. It’s way better just to drive up a little more to Aventura mall hand car wash and enjoy the same Pura Vida while waiting. Don’t make my mistake and go somewhere else.

I’ve had the unlimited car wash for a long time and love it! This morning I went in for a complete exterior and interior detailing service and I was very pleased. My car looks brand new like taken out of a dealership. Thank you Prestige!!!

The absolute worst Car Wash I have ever gotten. We paid for the $80 one which was comprehensive enough for two cars. Both cars smells like dirty rags, the interior of one of the cars was hardly vacuumed. The dashboard was only lightly wiped. I have gotten better service and paid less money. not worth $160 go somewhere else.

“I recently had a disappointing experience at this location with a new manager. After a routine car wash, there were some simple spots left on the seat. When I politely asked if they could quickly wipe them down, I was told I’d need to pay for a separate service just to do that. This felt unreasonable since it was a minor cleaning issue that could have been fixed in a second.

I’ve known others who had similar experiences and even canceled their memberships because of how this was handled. I hope the company will address this kind of customer service issue, as it’s important to treat customers fairly and not nickel-and-dime over something so simple.”
