Premier Pools of Central Florida

Long-time swimmers ... first-time pool owners ... sky high expectations. Premier Pools didn't just meet those expectations - they launched them into the stratosphere. Our project was completed within the expected timeframe and we are thrilled with the result.
From the initial design consultations with Shawn, who provided not one, but two water features for our gorgeous pool, through the permitting process with Madison, and then learning about the construction and project management phases with Koby and Blaine, we were kept well-informed about the pool building process and timeline expectations. Koby was always available to answer my endless questions about work-in-progress, and Blaine was equally accessible and patient with my follow-up questions. Leslie was an absolute joy to work with as our project neared completion - so accessible and patient and understanding - she is a superstar! And I have to give a shout-out to Andrew, who fired up the pool for us and then came back for some follow-up items ... he was friendly and helpful and showed us how to access the bubbler, water wall, and light features on the app.
Thank you to the entire team at Premier Pools for helping us create an oasis that we love and will enjoy for years to come. We have a pool just in time for the holidays - YAY!

A big thank you to Premier Pools of Central Florida. They came to our rescue and completed our unfinished pool project that was a miserable failure/experience from another pool company. Premier Pools of CF is a family owned business that's been around for 25 years, you can feel confident that they will do what they say they'll do, and be there when you call, text or email with questions. They take pride in their reputation and back it up with great service. The entire team was great to deal with, Garrett, Hal, Blaine, and Leslie instilled a sense of calm professional confidence thats rare considering there's plenty of pool companies out there that are here today and gone tomorrow. Premier Pools of CF stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park with our project. Great price, great communication and great quality.

The final product for our pool is quite spectacular - even better than was depicted in the design. The quality of the work was high and something that we are proud of. Construction is always going to be hard, particularly when it’s at your home, but Premier comes with an easy to speak with support organization that will work through all situations with you. When things happened during the warranty period, Premier was quick to react and solve the issues. Special call-out to Hal and Matt - they really worked with me and went the extra mile when I needed them!

We love our new pool. We went with Premier because Garrett’s design was exactly what we were looking for and adding the table top was a great addition we hadn’t thought of. Everyone we dealt with was professional and responsive. We really appreciate Koby, Blaine, and Hal and their team keeping us informed and making sure everything stayed on track. Koby stopped out frequently to check on progress. Leslie, who is the Service and Warranty Coordinator was awesome to work with. Our punch list was minor but she had everything scheduled and taken care of quickly so we could enjoy our new pool.

Building a pool can be scary but the communication from premier was amazing . Shawn, Hal, Blaine, and Leslie - thank you guys for making this such a smooth process and always being available to answer questions and being onsite when needed. Weekly updates were provided which we really appreciated. The only issue we really had was the quality of the paver work . If we got to restart this project we would probably opt to use our own paver company ( we have a really good one) . The quality of work compared to what we had done previously just wasn’t great to us. The team was really good in coming back out to fix and update anything we saw so for that I will still give premier 5 stars .
