We had a great experience working with Poseidon Roofing. The team was very professional from start to finish, and they paid close attention to the details. They made sure all the nails and debris from the old roof were completely cleaned up, which we really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and with care. I would absolutely use them again if I ever need roofing work in the future and would recommend them to others.

The first 12/18/24: 5 stars all around. Excellent communication & timely, & quality work. Before & after pictures, really an excellent experience.

The second 08/28/25: 2 well-earned stars. They are clearly busier this season, but I appreciated the effort made to get an appraiser out to look at our latest issue. A few days later, workers came out for a couple of hours, then I received a call that they would have to leave to take care of an emergency job; would be back the next day. I left my attic & garage open that whole next day, and when arriving home, it was clear they did not come. No call/no show. I inquired at the end of the day, they admitted they should have said something to me, but reported car trouble. The roof tiles would now be off the entirety of a rainy weekend, but rest assured, as the roof (pictured) was 'water tight'. Old plywood with nails left lying on yard for rainy weekend. Work completed that next week; I pulled a coffee can of old nails and screws off the lawn, but not the biggest deal. Then, in the period of 48 hours, I received 3 emails and 1 text requesting immediate final payment. I paid the bill, but was really bothered by how prompt they were to communicate payment, but not the status or completion of my roof. Also didn't receive before or after interior photos as last time; really hope I don't need to contact them for any 1-year warranty work on the job done. Do not plan to use them again, which is a shame after the initial excellent experience.

Wow! I would like to thank the people at Poseidon Roofing for all the money they saved me! Let me explain… My lanai had suffered some water damage in the corner near the downspout of our pool’s super gutter. Three other companies came to inspect the damage and offered similar solutions saying we needed part of our flat roof replaced to the tune of about $2,000.

When I contacted Poseidon, they didn’t want to give me an estimate without conducting a water test first (a $150 fee which would be deducted from our job if we chose to use them for the repair.) We decided to do this since no other company offered to find the cause of our problem - but just put together estimates on what they thought was happening.

It turned out to be the best decision. Steve, who conducted to test was very thorough spending well over an hour until he determined the roof was totally fine. He discovered the issue was a small hole in the very top on the outer wall on the house near the soffit. I’m so glad we used Poseidon - the other companies would have had us pay for expensive repairs and would not even addressed the real problem.

Would highly recommend Poseidon. They are honest and knowledgeable. Well done.

We had just gotten back into our home since being flooded during Ian three years ago. The last thing left undone was the roof and we really wanted roofers that we could trust after a long rigorous wait to be home again. From the moment I called Poseidon and spoke with Amanda, I knew we found our roofers. She was knowledgeable, straightforward, and so helpful well before we signed a contract with them. She and Tori worked with us for a month and a half prior to the actual work on the roof with the county permitting which was tied up from a previous contractor. During that time we were in contact consistently by phone and email. They worked with us on every aspect of the job and were so thorough and helpful. The roof going on was very fast and tidy. Steven and the guys were all amazing--doing great work from start to finish. We now have a beautiful home with a gorgeous roof and we couldn't be happier.
