The Popa Pools family was a pleasure to work with to resurface our pool, tile repair and replacement, and adding an automatic pool filler. Brandon and Phillip wanted to make sure our pool was completed to our satisfaction and on a timely basis. They exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Popa Pools and Spas.

After Hurricane Ian Popa Pools rebuilt our lanai, pool cage, new pool finish as well as a new paver surround. There were one or two product missteps, however Brandon Popa was on site to catch and correct the errors. He is an excellent contractor, he is in control and will make it right.
We just went through Helene and Milton, No Damage to any of his completed work.

Phil and Brandon were very professional and hands on throughout the entire process of the installation of our pool. Excavation began on May 31 and we were swimming by August 7. All the subcontractors were very professional and hard working. We had looked at 7 pool companies and narrowed it down to 3. We decided on Popa Pools because after comparing quality, price and personal involvement we decided they were our best option. We we're not disappointed. Ive called Phil several times months later to ask him questions about cleaning the filter and chlorine generator and he has always been available to answer my questions. I waited until now to post a review to see if any issues would pop up. We have had no problems at all and are so happy with our pool. I would recommend Popa pools to anyone without reservation.

First time having a pool built was an interesting and exciting learning experience. Which pool contractor do I hire? How do I know this contractor is reputable and customer friendly? I was told by a neighbor to meet with Popa Pools in Port Charlotte. In order to get a head start on the pool construction, it was crucial to meet with them ASAP. The day that I called for an appointment, I went up to meet with Brandon Popa at his office. My worries vanished as I knew within fifteen minutes of speaking with him, that I hit the jackpot. Brandon Popa did an excellent job in orchestrating the installation of my gorgeous pool and caged lanai. He kept me abreast of all construction schedules, made excellent recommendations for selections of type of pool, pavers, tiles, etc. When you meet people like those at Popa Pools, it does not take long to know you are working with a FAMILY. They treated me like family and became part of my family. Their workers were incredibly polite and friendly and worked every second that they were there. No loafing around that's for sure. They were helpful in making suggestions as the pool construction progressed that were vital as to time being of the essence in the construction time line. Brandon guided me along the entire process as well as answered every phone call, or email immediately. The family run business at Popa Pools has been in business for many many years. Not only are they successful and reputable, but they genuniely take the time to get to know their customers and their goal is to deliver a product that will bring much joy to all. Thank you Brando Popa, and Popa Pools for a wonderful experience and a beautiful pool. I will continue to recommend Popa Pools to everyone in the area. You're the BEST! It is beautiful!

Unfortunately, a friend highly recommended Brendan and it’s been nothing but terrible outcome!
The pool looked great when they completed. Paid A-LOT of money. The pool began staining, the tiles and grout began to crumble after three weeks.
The unprofessionalism displayed by their actions are disappointing. I’ve stopped at the office, I’ve called, I’ve written.
I am filing a claim with the courts if he continues to ignore me and discount his work. They do not respond, they ignore you when you pay up… I would not recommend this company at all, RUN!
