If zero reviews were an option, that would be my selection. I had a truly awful experience with this repair shop. Not only was the staff member rude when I tried to speak Spanish to help us communicate clearer —since he had an accent - he basically told me “ I don’t know what country you are from” when trying to justify the additional cost I was due to incur to fix there mistake…..well I’m from the USA Victor but I was trying to get you to understand since you have a heavy accent.
The staff member …. probably not Victor since he didn’t make the initial repair …botched the repair by damaging the phone’s temperature sensor and then tried to blame it on water damage. I paid $130 upfront without a fuss, had to return when the phone kept malfunctioning.. I was asked to leave the phone overnight, and then the next day got the runaround—only to be told they wanted another $150 to fix their own error.
To anyone considering this place read the real negative reviews hidden under the suspiciously fake positive ones. I wish I had.
As a business owner myself, I would never treat my customers this way ESPECIALLY not stooping as low as antagonizing a customer by asking what country they are from. This shop is absolutely not worth your time and money. Darwin, incompetent staff will have you loosing customers and having to pay for good reviews instead of earning them.
Great service in replacing my water damaged iPhone screen quickly. I was in and out in 20 mins and it was over 50% less than appple store repair. I decided to bring in my cracked Apple Watch. Again they did a great job for cheap and under 2 hours!
