Had 44 panels installed a few weeks ago at our home in Miami. So far, everything is great! As homeowners having worked with a lot of contractors, PES Solar have been the only ones that have actually done what they say they will do. Very happy. Our salesperson was George.

Customer Reviews
See all on Google ↗I had an excellent experience with this solar company from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the installation seamless.
The system is performing exactly as promised, and I’m already seeing the benefits in my energy savings. If you’re considering going solar, I highly recommend this company for their integrity, efficiency, and quality work.
PES Solar did come out and finally fix my system. The technician, Michael, was very helpful, and I appreciate the work he did. PES also refunded the $249.00 service fee.
During this process, it became very clear that the company was highly interested in me removing my original review. The customer service manager stated that he would need to ask the owner whether PES would reimburse any of the FPL bills I incurred while the system was not functioning properly. He explained that this would require owner approval because the issue was being classified as a manufacturer’s problem rather than an installation issue.
However, both PES and I initially believed the issue was related to the installation, which is why they came out to address it after my original review was posted. PES also stated that they do not actively monitor customer systems due to the large number of installations they manage.
While they later characterized the problem as a manufacturer issue, my concern was never with the manufacturer. PES was the company that sold and installed the system, and I did not choose the manufacturer — PES did. From my perspective, my responsibility was to work with the company that sold and installed the product when the system failed.
Although the system has now been fixed, any reimbursement for the additional FPL costs I incurred appears to be dependent on whether I remove my original review. I feel pressured to take down my review in order to receive further compensation, which makes me uncomfortable and has affected my trust in the company. I give them many stars for finally getting my system up and running. The customer service manager said they did it in a speedy manner too! I give Michael the technician 10 stars.

PES Solar
Installation was delayed, and after activation my electric bill remained unusually high. PES Solar told me to contact FPL for an energy survey, and FPL confirmed everything on their end was fine.
I contacted PES Solar again and was told by their support technician, Jacob - there seems to be only one, that my system was working properly. Unsatisfied, I contacted the manufacturer, Enphase, who ran a system scan and found one line producing 120 volts and another producing only 3 volts, when both should have been producing 120 volts. Enphase explained this would cause my production to be reported incorrectly to the utility company and would affect how much energy I was credited for, and that this was most likely an installation-related issue.
When I reported this back to PES Solar, they dismissed the manufacturer’s findings, stated the issue did not affect my electric bill, and told me I would need to pay $240 for repairs. They later claimed I had not been producing power since October 2025, which Enphase directly contradicted. The technician also stated that the manufacturer did not know what they were talking about.
In addition, communication from the finance department was unprofessional, and overall it felt like there was little concern for the quality of work or the customer’s experience. Solar is a major investment, and customers should not have to chase answers or dispute findings from the manufacturer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend PES Solar. The only person that was congenial and helpful was the actual sales man, and one actual technical who comes out to fix the system by the name of Michael. The sales man I found out no longer works there, but they were the only two with seemly customer service training.
Happy I chose PES over the 2 other quotes I received. Seemed like those guys were just in it to make a buck, but everyone I interacted with from PES was knowledgeable and friendly.
After install I had a few questions and Eric from customer service took the time to set my mind at ease about my investment. 10/10 stars!
Update 2 in response to PES “clarifying”. Below is a video that shows the water clearly leaking through their solar connections. They did come out the following day (not promptly as it continued to rain throughout the night and I had to call and email them incessantly) and sealed their own solar boxes, which should have been sealed from the start. While they did finally, three months later, pay for the damages, it was only because they knew I would litigate, which I had already had to do once before. Mind you, this was over a mere $1500 worth of damage they were responsible for. Imagine if it were more. UPDATE: PES tried to bribe me into removing this post by signing an agreement indicating my review is “false” in return for them compensating me for the water damage to my home caused by their unsealed solar boxes. I politely declined and let them know that the court will handle their inadequate workmanship. Public court records do not lie. Do yourself a favor and search the lawsuits in your county, Broward County, Lee county and others related to this company before you contract with them.
