I had a 26 KW Kohler propane generator installed by PPS. It was a big project. I got several quotes from other contractors and went with PPS despite the cost being slightly higher. Very close but I felt more comfortable doing business with HJ at PPS. The permits took a while but that’s Palm Beach County for you. The work commenced promptly and each phase of the project was completed skillfully. I did have one hiccup with a broken pipe from running a pipe under my driveway for the propane tank, but one call to PPS and the crew that did the work was at my house in 30 minutes and located and fixed the issue. It was something that unfortunately can happen occasionally with this type of work and I was just one of the lucky ones. But very satisfied with the immediate response. Other than that the installation went smoothly and the crews were friendly and skilled. Overall given the complexity of the job I think it went very well. Passed all inspections with no problems. I’m happy that I chose PPS for the job. I will certainly continue with them for maintenance as well. Highly recommended
