Older self service. I was surprised with all bad reviews I went anyway and sure enough 1st machine I went to took 2 quarters before I realized it wasn't working. I would of thought they would have fixed these issues by now. I went to next spot I saw guy leave from and it worked. My mistake was not using soap brush because after my car dried grass clippings from lawn mower guy was still there. Vacuum in back worked felt it could of been stronger but got job done. I suggest you look for wet areas to decide which spot to go to that works I was at the end one on left that didn't work wether it is now....don't know.

Went there to wash our car today. The slot on the machine that takes the quarters is so wide that some actually fall through the hole to the side and do not register. After we figured that out, we put our $3 in and selected the foaming brush option. Needless to say no foam came out. We checked with the patron in the next stall who had the same issue.

I was told the owner knows that there are issues with the machines here but does not take care of those issues.

This DIY car wash location on Alt 19 seems to have a lot of machinery problems. I've used this location 4 times now. The first time every single bay and vacuum station was occupied, with people waiting on both sides of the wash bays (there's very limited space for waiting). The 2nd time the vacuum station behind the car wash bays had almost no vacuum suction power. The 3rd time I pulled into a bay and the spray nozzle had been broken off. The 4th time I put in quarters for a wash and it took my money without turning on the water pressure. I called their office number and they did offer to reimburse me the $2.50 I lost, but at the time it wasn't worth the inconvenience to go collect it. I'd say the least they can do to upgrade the whole experience is install credit card swipe machines instead of relying on coin vending machines. So I'm researching where else to go. With all the new car washes that have opened on US 19, it looks like I have some alternatives.

I’m not one to go to social media to complain, yet here I am. With so many car washes going up everywhere you think this place would at least try to maintain & keep its customers happy! I put $5 in to get change to wash my truck and it takes the money pops out 2 quarters and a red light comes on saying out of service. There is no phone number anywhere to contact anyone so I figure if I leave a review here people will know to take your own change, because the change machines don’t work, and they steal your money! Pelican self service, you owe me $4.50 or at LEAST a free car wash! 🤣

WORS COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!!i was at the car wash in Palm Harbor at Alt 19 and Illinois Ave, because i had a $20 bill i went to change them for coins but change machine gave me $3.50 and the out of change light came on. I called the number on the wall and left a voice message but no one called me back, after that I called again and was redirected to the manager, the manager wrote down my phone number and said the owner would call, but no one called me, today I called again but representative just hung me up when I started to explain. I just asked to talk with somebody who can refund my money. terrible customer service.
