It was a great experience all the way through from the initial conversation with Robert, speaking with the showroom staff to the the final installation. We originally started with the company who put the plumbing in the house but after repeated promises which never happened I called Pegasus Water. I'm so glad it worked out this way. We have a much better whole house system at a very reasonable price. We love the quality of our water and the investment made to protect our new home.

I’ve just had a system installed by Pegasus and I am thrilled! From the start it was very professional and explained fully. Then the installation was done quickly and expertly. They cleaned up after themselves. I can tell from each faucet how soft the water is. Thank you so much.

What a difference!! Wish I would have called sooner. The water tastes so much better and feels great on the skin. My wife is really happy with it as I am as well. Robert came out and explained everything very well and sent the instillation crew out later the same day and set everything up. Had a great experience. Highly recommend!!

We recently moved to the Villages, FL. We immediately noticed a difference in the smell and taste of the water, compared with what we were used to up north. We contemplated an under sink water filter system, but after talking with friends and neighbors, we were recommended to contact Pegasus water systems. I'm so glad we did. I called and left a message on Saturday and that same day, Robert had called me back and we set up an appointment for Monday. He came right on time and very professionally explained the science of the water here in the Villages. Robert is a very pleasant man and we felt no sales pressure, but we liked what we heard and decided to go through with the purchase. I was shocked when he asked if we'd like it installed the same day. He came at 11am and by 2pm, our new Pegasus whole house water filter system was up and running. Chris, the installer and his helper did a fantastic job plumbing it. They even removed some old equipment from a previous water softener system. We couldn't be happier. The water tastes, looks and smells clean and pure. A big shoutout to Pegasus and our friends who recommended them. If you need a water filter system, don't hesitate to call them.

We are very pleased with our Pegasus system in our new home build. Pegasus came out right away and were able to install that same day. The water tastes so much better now and we have noticed a big difference on softer hair and skin. We also liked that the system design is sleek and fits easily in our garage without taking up a lot of room. We highly recommend Pegasus!
