Bought a filter that was 4$ on Saturday came Thursday asking for a simple exchange because the filter was too small the lady at the front desk asked for a receipt I showed her my mobile e receipt and she says there’s nothing she can do she couldn’t exchange it as well all filters were the same price no matter the size and there was a barcode on the email I got I tried to let her scan it but she ended up scanning the filter instead and said she never had a order till November and she was really rude not being helpful at all. If someone is going to run front counter they need to know everything technology customer service and support and how to watch their tone.

I drive out of my way to shop at this Ace store because everybody is always so nice and helpful.
