From a woman's perspective - I have had an amazing experience with Palm Pool & Spa. I had a hard time making decisions and Adam and his wife Kelly were patient and helpful. They were also willing to purchase waterline tiles that I found elsewhere since they didn't carry them in their shop. Along the building phase, we ran into a few small things we wanted to adjust and they worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. The permitting process went really smooth. We have dogs and Ashley was great about keeping us informed so we could keep our dogs inside when workers came and had the gate open. Anthony with the pool start up was super helpful - answering all my questions from someone who has never had a pool before. We are incredibly happy with our final product and I highly recommend working Palm Pool & Spa for your project!

Our experience with Palm Pool & Spa was absolutely top notch, we couldn't have asked for a better company for our new build. Adam and his team were incredibly communicative from start to finish. They showed when they said they would, every person we encountered was professional and respected our home. We ran into a challenge with permitting and Adam worked brilliantly and diligently to resolve it. As someone who previously worked in the home improvement industry, I have heard countless horror stories about construction/contractors in South Florida. Palm Pool was the complete opposite, they were a dream to work with and we are absolutely loving the final product. 10/10 recommend, and huge thank you to Adam, Kelly & the crew at PP&S!!

The construction process moved along incredibly efficiently, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly and smoothly everything came together. The crew was consistently courteous and professional, always showing up on time and treating our property with respect. They kept the worksite relatively tidy, and we appreciated the effort they made to clean up along the way.

One of the biggest standouts was the excellent communication. We always knew what to expect, when things would happen, and who to reach out to with any questions. That kind of transparency made all the difference and kept us at ease throughout the build.

Now that the pool is complete, Anthony has been handling our pool service and education, and he’s just as impressive as the rest of the team. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough—making sure we feel confident in maintaining our pool and getting the most out of our investment.

Hired Palm Pool for a new pool to be installed concurrent with a new construction out in the Acreage. Kelly and Adam did such a great job communicating and coordinating with the building super that the pool was actually completed and usable before the house was able to occupy.

Picking a pool company is a huge feat and let’s be honest, really scary. You hear horror stories of people being left high and dry after paying inital payments, contractors not showing up for the job and delay after delay.

I did tons of research and had multiple meetings with pool companies. No one made me feel more comfortable and secure than Palm Pool and Spa. This company is IT! They are the most genuine, honest and caring people.

From the moment I met Adam, he wasn’t trying to oversell himself or his company. He was very matter of fact about who they were, what they could accomplish and had a very honest timeline. This is something that I LOVED and looked for in a pool company.

When it came to picking my tile, plaster and deck, I felt a little overwhelmed by all of the choices. Kelly was SUPER helpful in picking my colors out. She heard what I liked and didn’t like. We were able to pick my choices out in 30 minutes!

Oren, our project manager, was an absolute STAR! From day one he has been responsive, attentive and extremely helpful! Even if there wasn’t any work being done on a specific day he was still out there checking on the job site, making sure everything was perfect!

From the owners, office staff, construction workers, rebar installers, paving company, plaster company. Every single person from Palm Pool and Spa has been phenomenal to work with.

If you are looking for a pool building company who is responsive, honest, reliable, trustworthy, caring and takes pride in the quality of their work, I would recommend Palm Pool and Spa a million times over! We are beyond thrilled with our pool and couldn’t be happier!
