Palm House

My girlfriend and I visited Palm House this past Saturday and we were impressed from the moment we checked in. Gina, the hostess, set the tone for an excellent experience. Even on a busy night, she handled the flow of guests with complete professionalism, kept everything organized, and made sure both reservations and walk-ins were taken care of smoothly. She was also very knowledgeable about the Nobu-inspired menu and the restaurant’s background, which we really appreciated.

The food was great, and our server was fantastic - attentive, friendly, and made the whole dinner even better.

Overall, everything from check-in to the end of our meal was seamless. Palm House gave us a great night out, and we look forward to coming back.

My newest favorite hotel on the island in Palm Beach! From the valet on the way in/out and everything that happens in between is magical and exactly as it should be! Whether visiting Palm Beach for the first time, looking for a weekend staycation as a resident, or simply looking to spend the evening at their Nobu creating dining room — you’ll be sure to see for yourself why I can’t speak highly enough about it!

We had a fabulous meal at the Nobu inside the hotel. The food was great because Nobu is always consistently amazing. The interiors were beautiful and true to Nobu and Palm Beach. The best part though our waitress named Megan. She was phenomenal!! She coursed everything out perfect, recommended the local items on the menu and took the time to be personable!! Can’t recommend it enough and we will be back and request Megan as our waitress! We loved everything! Thank you!

We had an amazing experience at this property. The team is SO helpful and kind which really sets Palm House apart from other hotels on the island. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is unparalleled - loved walking to La Galoue & Buccan in under 5 minutes. A true gem for both locals & tourists.

We ate at the restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make it special, helping with setup, cutting our custom cake, offering to take photos, and even putting on the theme song for our “13 going on 30” birthday girl to blow out the candles - without request. Sometimes Palm Beach restaurants can be stuffy and difficult to work with, but I would highly recommend Palm House. Thank you times a million to the staff for being so accommodating. Oh and of course, the sushi was 100/10.
