It was easy to make an appointment for him to come out and test the water and diagnose what was needed to be filtered out of our well water.
Joe got back to me by end of day with his proposal and explained in detail what each step was for and how the system will work. In addition to the purification system we also had him install a new well pump.
While we were deciding on which vendor to move forward with, Joe was always available to answer any questions that I had and quickly responded to all of my inquiries.
