Andy is a wonderful person all around. I experienced less than satisfactory services from another pool company who is been referred to by the previous owner of my home. I was not happy w their services for multiple reasons. There kept bring issues w my pool. Finally after interviewing w Andy I switched over and what a surprise I got! He treats us like family. I am often out of town and can rest easy knowing my pool and hot tub are taken care of w no issue. I’m forever grateful to Andy and his team. I am so glad I called Palm Beach Pool & Spa! My pool developed a yellow film thanks to the pool stores making me dump endless product in it. I called Andy and he came the next day! We made a plan to start from scratch and it worked perfectly. I had a million questions and he so kindly answered every one, every time without delay! I trusted him so much I decided it was time for a new pump and filter cartridge. He worked with me to meet my budget and had it up in running immediately. Called Palm Beach Pool for a water leak. Spoke with Andy and he came right out. I immediately found out how knowledgeable he was and personable. Andy detected a salt cell water leak. He ordered the part and as soon as it came in Andy was back to install the part. A little extra work was involved in this particular installation but Andy handled it easily.
I really liked Andy and his work. I also thought his price was within reason. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
