Outdoor Decor Store

We ordered an outdoor couch, chairs and fire table a few years back. We worked with Adam S at the store. He was extremely helpful in helping us decide what to get. We were in town from Chicago and had the set shipped to us. Even over the years, everything is still in amazing shape and we couldn't be happier with the product, the store, and Adam who helped us. Highly recommend this for your outdoor retreat.

We recently purchased new patio furniture from Outdoor Decor Store and we couldn't be happier. Dan was so nice and helpful in assisting us with our needs and making the best choice for our space. Their delivery team was so professional and polite despite getting soaking wet as it poured when they arrived. They had a smile, loved on our puppy and even helped in moving our old furniture out of the way. Happy to support a local, family run business and even more so as they put the customer first, not just looking to make a sale.

Over the last five years we have ordered three sets of outdoor furniture for three different houses. The last order we needed shipped to Texas. Hunter, at the south Naples location, was our guy. He quickly understood what we wanted and within a few minutes had our order covered. It arrived yesterday exactly on time and we were happily surprised at how the rocker swivel chairs needed no assembly, while the dining table took 6 bolts to secure the top to base. Yay! Thank you, Outdoor Decor, it looks beautiful.

We had multiple great experiences with Outdoor Decor. They followed through on a warranty claim and replaced a set of cushions at no cost. They helped us select and complete a purchase of a new outdoor set and had it delivered in time for Christmas. They were consistently professional and courteous, especially Dan. This is truly a family owned business that puts their customers first. We have seen it over and over again!
