I called Mr. Roland Pest Control about a month ago in a panic as I found a dead bed bug. I requested an initial service and wanted a special bed bug inspection. This was a Friday and they came out the next morning on Saturday. The gentleman that came was 20 min early and was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. I was very impressed as how thoroughly he inspected for the bed bugs. I mean this guy was moving furniture, on his knees with a flashlight and went over and above. Luckily there was no bedbug infestation, only a stowaway from recent travel.

Then today, I met Nick when he came to do my first quarterly spray (inside and outside). He was friendly and professional and gave me lots of good tips.

Overall, I'm very impressed with this company. I will definitely continue using them for my quarterly service. It's refreshing to find good service.

Recently I contacted Mr Roland Pest Control for and appointment to inspect my attic for squirrels. Thankfully the experience was awesome. He was a professional and very sincere gentlemen. He inspected the attic thoroughly. His assurance on the evaluation gave me a piece of mine. I cannot say enough about this company, and Mr Roland himself. He’s been servicing our property for 3+ years and he’s not only incredibly professional, but cares about his customers. It’s seldom nowadays to get the feeling of family from businesses but it does with Mr Roland. We appreciate his character, value of his work, and thoughtfulness for those he works with. I called the company because I had an armadillo on my yard. Mr Roland came pretty fast and addressed everything so professional. He even gave us some recommendations of how to repellence future wild animals. Very happy with his service! 100% recommended!!
