Hands down a wonderful experience. We shopped no less than six companies for replacement of our pool pump, conversion to salt water, and switch from solar to a heat pump. Up front, On-Time was not the least expensive; however field technician Justin in his explanation of the process and equipment as well as his demeanor as well as that of the company staff (Jason, Leslie, Suzanne, and Sherie) made this an easy decision. Jason was an excellent communicator and was willing to work with us in pricing for a particular item as part of the process.

The installation process was smooth, the heater was delivered the day before as stated.Justin was efficient and thorough and he took the time to explain some of the equipment technical details but in an easy to follow manner on the day of installation. The first pool deep clean after new install was done just two days later by Brad and our first swim was today. We would highly recommend On-Time Pool Service and look forward to our continued customer experience with them.

Awesome service! Justin did an amazing job on my pool and took the time to explain my concerns. He showed me what was wrong and what needed replacement. I've had 2 other pool companies clean my pool and they did a crap job. After Justin showed me how bad the filter was and how much debris was in there, the other companies ignored it. I'm extremely happy I found this company! Thank you for being an honest, affordable company who takes the time to service your needs!

Today I had a an issue with my pool pump. I made a call to on time and within a couple hours they arrived, and Brad was able to resolve the issue that I had in a very professional manner. He made a quick ride to the warehouse and got the part needed and in a short period of time, my issue was solved. Hats off to on time service!

Called to schedule service appointment for issue that I could not resolve myself . The service department actually tried to save me a service call by walking me through the issues on the phone for 10 minutes . “ that’s a first “. They sent Ken the technician out same day who was a true pro. Ken walked me through everything he did and showed me how to avoid the problems in future .
I will definitely use this service driven company again and recommend
