Bradley was my tech, he was extremely knowledgeable & able to diagnose the problem quickly. Fixed it at a fair price ! The other people I called were happy to replace it, but not fix it . To anyone out there looking to get to work or to fix your Generac look no further. I contacted the Team at On-Site Power Services for my new Generac that for some unknown reason stopped working, they came out and diagnosed the issue, they took care of ordering the part and returned to replace the part. From the initial call until they departed from my house the communication was fantastic, the technician called me and even sent me pictures of their progress, because I was at work. Truly a professional company, excellent wok ethics. They left the Generac lock, and the area cleaned.

I have been using On-Site Power Services to service my Generac generators since 2019. They do a great job and their communication is great. They always return phone calls and show up when scheduled. Most recently, Aidan serviced my new 26kw that was having an issue. His communication was excellent. He diagnosed the issue and has warranty parts on the way. I highly recommend.
Aidan of On-Site Power Services was one of our greatest blessing. Our 24KW generator failed Wednesday night as Hurricane Milton was barreling in. Our electrician tried everything to get it started Thursday after the storm had passed, with no success. We drove 10 miles out to get enough reception to call Generac, who gave us contact info for On- Site Power Services. They sent Aidan the following Monday, who was able to do a temporary fix until they could get the part that is needed. Thanks, Aidan!
