On My Way Septic Tank Services were AMAZING. I called for a septic cleaning and they came right away. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the work they do. They came in while I was at work. The communication was consistent and sent me pictures of the work done. I was extremely impressed with their work. They located the tank, opened it up, and installed the point of access. (Green Lid)
I had no idea how this worked but they explained everything and I felt very confident about the quality of their service.

The eighth wonder of the world is how this business received 4.9 stars! Using them was the worst hiring decision we have ever made and I am in my 60s! Not only did they leave the job unfinished, destroyed the electrical system to the hot tube and the back yard looking like a mogul field, but they will not return phone calls emails or texts. Maybe they will respond to our lawyer. They had also no showed 2 times when we took off work to meet them. I guess "On My Way" does not mean they get there!
Their website says "customer satisfaction guaranteed", "we're not done until you are happy" (that's my favorite lol) "customer satisfaction is our priority", "ensuring quality service every time". Maybe the owner is not aware of this. No foreman every showed on the job and no one spoke English. Maybe this was a side job by rogue employees? They did push for cash payment which is a sign of under the table tax evasive activates. We will find out! In the meantime, don't take the chance that your job will be like ours. Happy to fill you in on more details if you are considering them. We had 2 other professional companies come after and they laughed at the job done.

They arrived promptly, but the work was not done professionally. The owner is rude and does not accept complaints. The employees are polite. I do not recommend this company. After they left, the property was left with fecal matter in both units, and they have not returned to resolve the issue. The full amount they requested was paid in full. I do not recommend them. They do not deserve any stars. Be careful with this company.
