I'm so glad I switched to On Demand Pool Services. The owner is not only reliable and professional, and truly knowledgeable about all aspects of pool care-especially equipment, but also a pleasure to work with. Javier quickly spotted, and addressed issues that had been misdiagnosed, overlooked, neglected and not properly assessed by my previous service, and he's been so proactive in keeping everything running smoothly ever since. He's friendly, respectful, and always takes the time to explain what he's doing. My pool has never looked or functioned better. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and I finally feel confident that my pool is in good hands. It's a huge relief! This guy is super trash don’t hire him. He claims he was in the Army yet has no integrity of doing his job correctly. I am a Sergeant in the Army and I’m telling you I caught this guy this morning, he “serviced” the pool for about a minute and 30 seconds and attached are the results. He forces you to buy a pool vacuum so that he can just show up and drop chemicals in your pool and leave. I purposefully let the skimmer basket get filled up last week to see if he was gonna clean it and he did not. Trust me, you can buy the chemicals yourself and DIY your pool. I learned an expensive lesson($890) because I trusted this guy and this is my first time owning a pool.

Ps. I have an oak tree and someone else rejected to service my pool but this dude Javier said they must’ve been amateurs. He’ll talk your head off about everything that doesn’t matter if you let him control the conversation.

This was my experience with him, I truly hope he’s doing better with others.

I highly recommend On Demand pool services. Javier was very professional from the beginning when I called regarding my pool turning green and needed HELP! He’s very attentive to your needs and responded to every question I had. He explained the whole process and how much everything was upfront with no surprises. Javier is very professional & communicative with everything he did to make sure I was happy as the process moved along with a new filter system and through the process of cleaning out the pool. Thanks to On Demand Pool serv, my Pool is back to new! 10/10

Good customer service. Got my pump replaced and my pool serviced. I tried two companies to fix a leak, pool was still leaking. Javier came and fixed it. No more leaking. 100% recommend.
