Matt, Elder and Joe came on time as scheduled and did qualify work installing our impact windows and door. Dave the project manager was very informative. They were very professional and Friendly. Communication was wonderful. Each day they arrived on time and took the time to clean and protect any furniture items. Thank you to the O’Donnell team for a wonderful experience.
We just had a triple slider and 8 foot door installed by ODonnells W&D. Jason, our sales rep was fantastic. Professional, patient, knowledgable and no pressure process. He helped us walk through every step which ultimately made us choose this company. Our install team....John and Erick were nothing but amazing. We cant say enough about these guys. Two days inside our home, they were polite, professional, cleaned up behind themselves with ea step. They worked their magic both days. The installs were great. The products are beautiful and quality as we hoped. Em is the project manager and she was present both days and called me prior to the job started so we knew what to expect. Our experience was amazing with the team and we anticipate the products will be the same for years to come.

Great experience. I had used them a couple years ago for three impact windows and returned to them to finish my house recently. I ordered them in January and they were installed much earlier than expected, this week. The installers John and Jeff were very friendly and super professional. They did a great job prepping to ensure minimal dust impact and cleaned up behind themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the process and service provided.

We’ve had shutters installed years ago by this company. We called them recently because we’re having issues with a few shutters and Rick provided excellent service. Was very patient in explaining the process of fixing the issue. I definitely recommend Rick!
