Very good work, phone (12pro Max) looks fresh out the box again. Finished the job in a little over an hour. Price was $160 for front and rear repair. Happy with the finished product. Store smells amazing too! Lily gave superb service and attention to detail.

I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to have the shattered back glass repaired. The repair was completed, and at first, I left satisfied. However, over the weekend I purchased a new case for protection. When I removed the old case, I noticed a small crack on the back screen.
I returned the following week to show and explain the issue. The staff member at the front desk was very kind, but she suggested that I must have dropped the phone or applied too much pressure when putting the case on. This explanation didn’t make sense to me. I did not drop my phone, and simply putting on a case should not cause the back glass to crack, especially after a recent repair.
They offered me a discount to repair it again, even though I had already paid $100 for the initial repair. I feel the situation was unfair. The crack likely points to the quality of the replacement part or possibly a bad batch of materials. Instead of standing behind the repair, they placed the responsibility back on me.
Overall, I was disappointed that they weren’t willing to fully resolve the issue, and I left feeling unsatisfied.

The service was excellent! The back of my phone was shattered. They replaced it and cleaned my phone. The phone was ready 2 hours later!!!! I’m a business owner and this was what sold me. The customer service was top notch. I highly recommend it.
