I was first a customer and had a very enjoyable experience with the store manager Luis. I was looking for a bedroom set for my grandmother that was moving into assisted living. The store has name brand items at a discounted price. They are not high pressured at all. Luis gave me a better price than advertised on a package deal. I enjoyed the experience so much that 6 months later I went back asking for a job. One of the few furniture stores out there that truly want to help customers receive the high end furniture and great prices. Who doesn’t like a great deal?

I had the most amazing experience with my family at Norris furniture outlet. Our sales man, Kevin Owens (a huge packers fan, but still a great salesman knew exactly what we needed, we were lost. He designed our whole 5 bdrm beachfront home. Everything was available and we love it. If it weren't for him,we'd be sleeping on the floor. Best sales guy ever. If i still was in business I'd hire him as sales director.

I stopped in with my family as we were looking for furniture with our daughters. We met with Kevin Owens and were so happy with the experience. He was patient and knowledgeable while not being too pushy. He was so great with the girls as well. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for themselves or their family.

Great furniture at a great value. I only deal with Kevin though. He's my go to when I need the best guidance on my furniture needs. He has a knack for getting me the best quality furniture I need within my budget. Most other furniture stores pressure you but the culture at Norris is just different and people like Kevin exemplify that culture.
