Neopollitan Car Wash

I recently brought my BMW i4 into Neapolitan Car Wash, and I am genuinely blown away by the results. To be honest, I brought it in looking pretty rough—it was very dirty from daily driving—but the team there treated it like it was heading straight to a showroom floor.

Here is why they deserve every one of these five stars:

Exceptional Staff: From the moment I pulled up, the team was incredibly friendly and kind. You can tell they actually care about their customers. It wasn't just a transaction; they made me feel welcome and were so friendly and respectful.

Meticulous Attention to Detail: Because the i4 has so many sleek surfaces and specific trim, I’m usually picky about who touches it. The crew at Neapolitan was incredibly thorough, catching every nook and cranny that other places usually miss.

Spotless Results: When they finished, my car was absolutely spotless. The paint was gleaming, the wheels were perfect, and the interior felt brand new again. It’s hard to believe it’s the same "very dirty" car I drove in with!

The wait: their lobby is clean and has a coffee station, along with lots of snacks and seating areas. I was able to get some work done while my car was getting cleaned.

If you’re in Naples and want your vehicle treated with respect and precision, do yourself a favor and head to Neapolitan. They are professional, warm, and clearly masters of their craft.

We have been using this service for FOUR years. The car was always in different conditions—sometimes in good shape, sometimes not—but we always received excellent service. We hadn’t washed the car for a while, so I decided to bring it back to this service. Unfortunately, the car was returned not in a great condition. Despite choosing a basic wash, the package was supposed to include cleaning both inside and outside. I don’t know what has changed here, but I will post photos so you can see the state of the dirty car that was returned. !!!!! I will not come back to this service because even the manager!!!! did not address the issue properly and offered no solution. She suggested a detailed car wash instead of acknowledging the problem. I do not recommend this place.

P.S. I truly hope that the owner of the business will read the reviews and would highly recommend them to talk to the manager.

Since I can not respond to your comment below, I’ll add an update under my review. My opinion about the service, which has deteriorated, remains unchanged.

When choosing the service package, I clarified with the staff member who took my keys about the coffee stains on the plastic dashboard, and he assured me they would be taken care of. I could have done it myself—it’s a 10-second job. Additionally, before handing over the car, I lifted the small mug mats to make it easier for the team to vacuum and wipe down. I’ve been using your services for four years now, and each time, this package included a wipe-down of visible light stains in the interior. That’s why I chose the same package, expecting the usual quality service.

when I asked if you could wipe these stains, you didn’t call the staff who could have done it in 10 seconds. Instead, you started suggesting detailing services. Usually, if something like this happens, a manager tries to resolve the issue. You didn’t even make an attempt to offer any solution.

Based on what you wrote, it turns out that everyone bringing their car should choose a service costing over $100. Your triple wash doesn’t make any sense because the same result can be achieved by washing the car yourself at any gas station. Therefore, to all clients reading this review, I recommend not wasting money and going for the cheapest wash. The result will be the same anyway.
Unfortunately, this time my expectations were not met. Please pay attention to the numerous negative reviews—these are not isolated cases, and instead of making excuses, it’s essential to regain customer trust.

Just because this car wash is in a convenient location doesn’t mean I’ll ever use them again.
As I was waiting out side for my vehicle to get pulled into the hand drying area. The attendant driving my vehicle accelerated suddenly then had to slam on the brakes in order for the vehicle to stop. Everybody in the waiting area witnessed how my vehicle was driven, which is inappropriately. I complained and told the inside cashier along with others that this was not acceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they were to busy, but I did speak to a quality control person and he gave me an attitude- and said the employee was told not to do that again. Really! They do have video cameras they can review the footage. I would not take an expensive or any vehicle to this car wash if that is how they handle moving cars around. They need experienced people who can drive vehicle vehicles and not slam on the gas and brake.
I did not even receive an apology! Poor customer service and poor quality car wash with rude inexperienced employees.

I scheduled a Complete Exterior renovation for 8am. I was told it would be 3 to 4 hours. I said that would be fine. I asked if I could drop off the car the evening before to avoid bringing it in the morning. They said sure. When I left it I specifically asked that they would start at 8am as scheduled. The next day when I had not heard from them, I called to ask the status. They said they would go check and I said no I just want it right not rushed.
At 2pm I got dropped off because I needed my car to get to a meeting. To my surprise, my car was sitting in the bay with noone working on it while they were working on another vehicle. I asked them why my car was not being attended to and they told me they had a deadline of 5pm for my car so they were taking others in between¿????? Wrong answer. Oh and then they offered me a water. So I missed my meeting and spent the afternoon waiting on my car. Extremely disappointed

I would especially like to thank Dennis Kraus for his absolute professional help n his off duty hours. I would also like to thank his choice in hiring of very honest staff and workers. I have never been disappointed in any of my car washes that I have received. For the gentleman that turned in my wallet , I don’t know if you’ll see this but Thank You , you have no idea of how much time you saved me. To the staff especially Alexis , please enjoy your lunch and realize your customers appreciate you more than you know. William Lang
