Nassau Electric was sub'ed out by a pool builder for the electrical on the pool equipment for a new pool installation. His crew did a clean install but one of the 3 low-voltage transformers had a loud humming sound when running. Gary, the owner, came back out & replaced it without issue. Good customer service.
Nassau Electric came out today to install the equipment for my pool that's being put in by Custom Pools by Design. Couldn't ask for a better Team of individuals. From the Professionalism to the polite and courteous way they go about their job is fantastic. Eric and his crew did an outstanding job hooking up the equipment in no time. My hats off to Gary, the owner of the Company for hiring the right people.
Have used Nassau Electric for 2 separate jobs, electrical work for a pool heater and correcting the electrical mess in my remodeled kitchen. Very reasonable and very reliable.
Nassau was sub-contracted by my pool company to install electrical service for pool equipment which included complicated automated control system. Communication was superb with Gary and Taylor...kept me informed of arrival day/time. Arrived early, did outstanding job...very friendly & professional crew. Cleaned up very well. Will definetly hire them for other electrical services as needed down the road.
This company was subcontracted by my pool company to install the electrical panel for my pool equipment. The crew that came out Monday was awesome and very professional. However there was an issue with my breaker box after they left. I informed the pool contractor who informed Nassau of the issue. After waiting all day. Gary arrives at my home and as unprofessionally as possible informs me that he isn't going to fix it. In fact he tries to charge me $60 the breaker that was blown as a result of their work! He then lied to me in my face and said that it was an A/C issue and not his!! I only gave them 1 star because option of none isn't available! As a service member Veteran and homeowner I have never been so insulted in my life! Gary is very unprofessional and I will never do business with his company through a contractor or otherwise ever again. I will fix it myself before I allow him to step foot on my property again!
