Naples Kitchen & Bath

We recently purchased a villa, two doors down from where we lived for 7 years. It is a two-story villa that had not been refreshed.

Prior to settlement, we met with Naples Kitchen & Bath to discuss our needs. They presented us with a very detailed building process and methodology that we bought into 100%, (due to an extremely horrific remodeling experience at our old villa). We also reviewed NK&B reviews from other owners which were excellent.

Their professional team came out to the villa for a walk through. Our designer had great ideas to maximize our space, provide more usable living area so we committed to our project. After only 4 ½ months of actual construction NK&B completed our first-floor and loft redesign and renovation which included moving walls, relocating 3-bathroom areas, moving doors to obtain a butler’s pantry, new floors and staircase, doors, woodwork, appliances, paint, HVAC needs and enclosing the loft on the second floor for a larger bedroom and office space.

The sub-contractors were reliable and professional and were in our home prior to any work being completed to understand their scope. Naples Kitchen & Bath provided on site supervision daily during all construction phases. We had engineering drawings with room elevations, deconstruction, reconstruction, lighting, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring etc. We had over 20 drawings to help us understand the work at hand and agree on what was being asked of the subs. Ahhh, “the process” worked very well with only a few change orders.

In our 45 years together with numerous home projects, Naples Kitchen and Bath were by far, the best and most professional contractor team we have experienced. Our remodel project was completed earlier than estimated, within budget, professionally managed, and continues with check-ins to ensure our total satisfaction. Well worth the high remodel expenditure and 100% recommend!!

The project finished ahead of schedule and within budget, and the results are stunning. Our home now feels brand new, yet completely “us.” The entire NKB team was not only skilled and organized but genuinely enjoyable to work with — professional, friendly, and respectful from start to finish.

Naples Kitchen and Bath did a wonderful job with our major remodel of our Pelican Bay condominium. We had extensive renovations including the kitchen, three bathrooms, living room and bar area and also replaced all flooring, piping, trim, and doors. We were thrilled with how it turned out and they finished on time within the HOA's tight off-season construction constraints and on budget. We worked with their skilled designers in their well-appointed showroom and were able to look at samples for decisions. We received a report documenting all of our material selections with pictures, as well as detailed construction drawings and renderings which helped make things clear. The construction and scheduling were flawless. The superintendent was fantastic and professional and on site with the subcontractors at all times and was at the condo daily. He provided us with weekly updates and pictures which was crucial as we were out of town during the construction. The President was involved in our project and he and all of the team were a joy to work with. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

Brian and his team are the best! They are great at design, professional and the work they do from start to finish is amazing. I have renovated several homes and recommend Naples Kitchen and Bath for quality work at a fair price.

NKB recently finished an extensive remodel of our condo in Naples. We did our due diligence before we selected them. Our project came in on budget, one week early. The team, from ownership through day-to-day supervision were professional, engaged, thorough and most important committed to quality.

This project was the best contractor experience I have had in 50 years of real estate ownership. I never received any complaints or issues from my building (which has high standards) or my neighbors. There were no surprises.
